The Aramid Arc Retardant Fabric is woven with 100% aramid fabric and its protective properties are based on NFPA 70E, ASTM F1506-01, EN11612, ASTM F1959, ASTM F1891, IEC 61482-1-2.
According to the safety requirements of different working environments, design fabrics that meet the requirements of shielding efficiency, clothing resistance, and surface strength.
(1) Shielded clothing worn by workers when performing live working on electrical equipment from 10kV to 500kV. The clothing fabric requires that the shielding efficiency is ≥40dB, the clothing resistance is ≤0.8Ω, the internal field strength of the clothing is ≤240KV/m, the field strength of the important part is ≤15KV/m, and the clothes flow is under the premise of good flame retardant performance. The current through the human body is ≤50μA.
(2) High-voltage electrostatic protective clothing worn by AC power transmission lines and substations on the rated voltage of 110kV to 500kV, and the grounding workers who need anti-static induction. The garment fabric requires shielding efficiency ≥28dB, clothing resistance ≤300Ω, body surface strength of important parts inside the clothes ≤15KV/m, current flowing through the human body in clothes ≤50μA.
Scope of application: Applicable to protective clothing for live workers in a certain range of high voltage areas.
